Tim Cahill plays exactly like the cult midfielder-turned-striker he was in real life: a header monster who lives in the box. With 96 Jumping, 95 Heading and 88 Strength, he wins almost everything in the air, and the 95 Aggression means he attacks crosses with real intent. On the ground he is solid rather than special. 88 Pace breaks down into 89 Sprint Speed and 87 Acceleration, which sounds quick, but the CONTROLLED AcceleRATE means he ramps up gradually rather than exploding off the mark, so smaller, agile players will feel snappier in tight spaces. His 86 Dribbling (84 base Dribbling, 87 Agility) is comfortable for a target man but he is not a silky 1v1 dribbler. Where he hurts you is the finish: 90 Finishing and 91 Shot Power make him lethal once the ball drops, and 92 Reactions help him pounce on loose balls in the six-yard box.

If you want to lean into the aerial identity instead, a Hawk stacks Pace, Shooting and Physical, keeping his target-man strengths while boosting that first step. As a Fantasy UT Hero he carries Hero chemistry, giving a strong boost on his Premier League link and counting toward Australia nation links, so he slots cleanly into Prem-heavy sides needing an aerial outlet up top.

Buy Tim Cahill if you want a fun, nostalgic 47K target man who bullies defenders in the air and punishes every cross, corner and second ball. Skip him if you build around fast, agile dribblers or need a striker who also presses and defends from the front, because the CONTROLLED accelerate and 65 Defending will frustrate you. At a C-tier 72.7 score he is a budget niche pick, not a meta carry.
