Youthful Valor ends on July 24, 2026, the single most urgent Evolution deadline currently live, so any CM or CDM you want to run through it has to be finished today. This is the state of FC 26 Ultimate Team Evolutions as of July 23, 2026, and below are the six upgrades worth completing right now, ordered by how soon they expire and how much value each one actually adds.

Do these today: the July 24 and July 26 free paths
Youthful Valor is the one that cannot wait. It is free, open to CM and CDM cards up to 93 overall, and adds +2 overall plus the Anticipate+ defensive playstyle. The overall bump is small, but Anticipate+ meaningfully sharpens interceptions and tackling on a midfielder, and with roughly 135,995 eligible cards most people have a candidate sitting in their club. Because it closes July 24, this is your top priority for the day.
Prime Prospect is next out the door on July 26 and is the widest-reaching pick here, with about 568,912 eligible cards up to 93 overall. It is free and layers Rapid+ and Finesse Shot+ on top of a +2 overall with +10 Dribbling and +5 Shooting. The overall gain is modest, but Rapid+ on a wide attacker is a genuine in-game difference-maker, and at no cost there is no reason to skip it.
The biggest single boosts live right now
If you want maximum overall gain, two Evolutions tie at +30 OVR, the largest overall jump currently available. The Humble Viking is the premium striker path: it adds +30 overall plus a huge +35 to pace, shooting, passing and dribbling, a +25 Physical top-up, four Plus playstyles (Finesse Shot, Low Driven Shot, Rapid, Precision Header) and +4 Weak Foot. It is not cheap at 250,000 coins and 700 points, but no other live Evolution transforms a striker this completely, and it ends July 27.
Gaucho Guardian delivers the same +30 overall for free, aimed at centre-backs up to 94 overall. On top of the overall it stacks +35 Defending, +30 Physical, +30 Pace and +25 Passing, plus Jockey, Intercept, Aerial Fortress and Long Ball Pass. A +30 free defensive Evolution is rare, and with 239,191 eligible cards most people will have a candidate. It runs until July 28, one day longer than the Viking.
Two more worth a look before they go
- Gearing Up (LM, free, ends July 28): +10 overall with +20 Passing and +15 Dribbling, finished off with Rapid+ and Finesse Shot+. A clean, no-cost lift for a left midfielder that around 211,552 cards can enter.
- Mr. Nonchalant (CAM, ends July 29): the Olise-inspired playmaker path adds +20 overall, +30 Passing and Dribbling, +25 Pace, four skill moves and four Plus playstyles including Technical and Incisive Pass. It costs 175,000 coins and 500 points, and with the latest July 29 end date it is the one you can leave until last.
How to prioritise your week
The order writes itself from the deadlines. Finish Youthful Valor today before it closes July 24, then clear the free Prime Prospect before July 26. Run The Humble Viking before July 27 if you are spending, and Gaucho Guardian before July 28 if you need a free defensive monster. Gearing Up and Mr. Nonchalant give you until July 28 and 29 respectively, so they are the safe ones to finish last.
